Due to other church commitments,
The Women’s Fellowship is not meeting at the moment.
Our Women’s Fellowship at Penuel meets once a month (usually a Friday), 7:00 p.m. in the Chapel Vestry. Our meeting mainly focus on books which help us draw closer to God, but sometimes we have a craft activity and devotional instead.
So far we have looked at ‘Having a Martha Heart in a Mary World’ by Joanna Weaver and ‘Growing Through Encouragement’ by Roger Carswell.
Penuel Women’s Fellowship gives us an opportunity to strengthen our relationships with one another. The aim of this group is obviously to draw closer to God but hopefully also to encourage and support one another as sisters in Christ.
Currently, we are looking at ‘Grill a Christian’ also written by Carswell. We are continuing our Mission outlook by considering answers to the ‘big questions’ people may have about our faith (from the book ‘Grill a Christian’). 📖
